Prayer Team

As many of you are aware, we have a prayer team that connects with our customers a couple of times a year to check in and see how the school year is going and offer prayer for their families. We successfully connect with a few people, but leave a lot of messages on voicemail with a prayer for the family. We occasionally get a return phone call just to let us know how much the voicemail meant to a customer, and we also get return calls asking for prayer for specific needs after they hear our message. It is always such an honor and a blessing to pray with our MFW family. We are humbled that you trust us with your family’s prayer needs.

God’s prefect timing has been evident on several occasions in the making of these calls. I have heard countless stories about how our call came at the exact moment they needed it. For example, while sitting at the doctor waiting for a diagnosis, while holding a loved one’s hand as they leave this world to receive their reward, or while they are crying out to God for help and answers in a desperate situation. Each time I hear one of these stories, I am in awe. We are only a small piece of God’s amazing tapestry that He has woven with such love and care for each of us. His ways of showing us He is in control and He will take care of us is humbling.

We also love hearing stories about how God is working through our curriculum and touching families’ lives daily. One recent example is from a mom who left a very sweet voicemail letting us know that our assigned scripture on a particular date for 1850 to Modern Times Curriculum perfectly correlated with a very emotional event that occurred. The verse for that day helped her minister to her children and guide them in praying about the situation. The Mom was so touched and blessed at how God orchestrated this for her family.

We are always so incredibly blessed when our customers take the time to share these amazing stories with us. It is such an encouragement to all our staff. We are so grateful to be on this journey with each of you and honored that you trust us with your child’s academic education but more importantly that you trust us with their spiritual education.
